My Background

Paul Zeltwanger:  A Conservative Republican from the Private Sector

I grew up in rural Mishawaka, a small town in Northern Indiana.  My father owned a farm equipment dealership where I spent my summers putting together new lawn tractors and cleaning up traded-in manure spreaders.  Some say that makes me perfect for politics!

I played basketball at Grace College where I obtained a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting and a Minor in Computer Science.  I married my high school sweetheart, Teresa, and we recently celebrated our 25th anniversary.  I earned my MBA in Finance from Indiana University while working for Ernst & Young.

We settled in Mason where we raised our four children.  I spent 15 years as a CPA with Ernst & Young and PriceWaterhouseCoopers and worked with two of the largest healthcare advisory firms in the world

About nine years ago, I started my own real estate development company, Joshua One, transforming blighted urban areas, turning them into livable communities, creating hundreds of jobs, increased real estate values and improving overall economic development.

I look forward to using my 25 years of experience in the private sector to work for the citizens of Warren and Butler Counties.  My expertise in economic development, job creation, and best practice health delivery systems will be helpful in my new role.  My background in large scale project management has taught me how to assemble teams and work with people to get things done.

I would appreciate your prayers as I represent our district in Columbus..
